Goldmani provides an online platform to buy, sell, and store digital gold. Digital gold refers to physical gold stored securely with our custodian, which can be purchased in fractional amounts and sold or redeemed through our platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5. Purchase and Sale of Digital Gold

Pricing: The price of gold is determined by the prevailing market rate at the time of purchase or sale. Prices may fluctuate, and we cannot guarantee that you will always buy or sell gold at the most favorable rate. Purchases: You can buy digital gold through our platform in real-time. Upon successful payment, the corresponding amount of gold will be allocated to your account. Sales: You may sell your digital gold at any time subject to a 48 hours lock-in period. The sale proceeds will be credited to your registered bank account after deducting any applicable fees.

6. Storage and Custody

All digital gold is physically backed by gold stored in secure, insured vaults by our custodian. While we ensure the safekeeping of the gold, Goldmani will not be liable for any loss or damage beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, theft, or governmental actions.

7. Fees and Charges

By using our Services, you agree to pay any applicable fees, including but not limited to storage fees, transaction fees, and withdrawal fees. These fees will be disclosed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in advance.

8. Redemption

You may redeem your digital gold for physical gold bars or coins, subject to certain minimum thresholds. Redemption fees and delivery charges may apply, which will be disclosed before the transaction is finalized.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax obligations related to the purchase, sale, and ownership of digital gold. We are not responsible for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes unless required by law.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our Services: Engaging in any unlawful activity, including money laundering or terrorism financing. Using automated systems to access the Services without permission. Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the platform. 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldmani (Undual Analytics Private Limited) and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
