a. No Cancellation of Purchases

Once a purchase of digital gold has been successfully completed, it cannot be canceled or reversed. All transactions are final and binding, as the gold is purchased based on the current market price at the time of the transaction. Due to the fluctuating nature of gold prices, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations after the transaction is confirmed.

b. Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation of the digital gold purchase will be sent to your registered email and reflected in your account. 2. Sale of Digital Gold

a. No Cancellation of Sale Transactions

Similar to the purchase of digital gold, once you initiate a sale of your digital gold and it is confirmed, the transaction cannot be canceled or reversed. The sale price is determined based on the prevailing market rate, and the sale proceeds will be credited to your bank account after any applicable deductions (e.g., transaction fees).

b. Sale Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent after the sale of your digital gold, and the details will be updated in your account. Please review the transaction details to ensure accuracy.

3. Redemption of Physical Gold

a. Redemption Process

You may redeem your digital gold for physical gold (coins or bars) by placing a redemption request on our platform. Once the redemption request is placed and payment for delivery fees (if applicable) is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. The redeemed physical gold will be delivered to your registered address as per the shipping terms.

b. Non-refundable Redemption Fees

All fees related to the redemption process, including shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable. Once you opt for the physical gold delivery, any fees paid for the processing and delivery of the physical gold are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
