This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping when you redeem digital gold for physical gold, such as coins or bars. By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Redemption of Physical Gold

Customers may redeem their digital gold for physical gold in the form of bars or coins. The following terms apply to all redemption and shipping requests:

  • Minimum Redemption Quantity: A minimum threshold may apply for redeeming digital gold into physical gold. Please refer to our website or contact customer service for the specific redemption minimums.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, value, and destination of the physical gold being shipped. All shipping costs will be displayed and confirmed at checkout when you place your redemption request. These fees are non-refundable.

2. Shipping Process

a. Delivery Timeline

Once your redemption request is confirmed and payment of any applicable fees is received, we will process your order. Shipping times may vary based on the delivery location, but we aim to deliver within:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

b. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@goldmani.in.

3. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping services within India and to selected international locations. Please note:

  • Domestic Deliveries: We deliver to most regions within the country. Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.

4. Packaging and Insurance

To ensure your physical gold is delivered securely, we take the following precautions:

  • Secure Packaging: Your gold will be carefully packaged in tamper-evident, secure packaging to protect against theft, damage, or loss during transit.
  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured for their value during transit. In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at support@goldmani.in. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue and provide appropriate compensation based on the insurance coverage.

5. Delivery Address and Signature Requirement

  • Address Verification: It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided at the time of placing the redemption request. Goldmani will not be responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Signature Upon Delivery: For security reasons, a valid government-issued ID and signature from the recipient will be required upon delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notification for pickup at a local facility.

6. Failed Deliveries and Return Shipments

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, or if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, the following policies will apply:

  • Redelivery Fees: You may be charged an additional fee for redelivery. This fee will be communicated to you before redelivery is scheduled.
  • Storage Fees: If you fail to arrange for redelivery or pickup within a reasonable timeframe (usually 30 days), we may charge storage fees for holding your gold.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs, import duties, taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

We recommend that you check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before making a redemption request. Goldmani will not be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
